Understanding and management of the sales strategy, along with implementing account tactics to achieve these strategies in your region Selling all facets of the Serviced Residence and cross selling Ascott properties internationally Identifying, converting & referring sales leads into new business, through sales calls and face-to-face interactions Conducting familiarisations and site inspections Monitoring the competitive set and communicating changes Entertaining prospects and existing accounts to sustain business and generate further sales Negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business
Supervise a team of 6+ colleagues. Develop and maintain training programs so that new and existing colleagues are adequately trained to fulfil their responsibilities. Assist management in evaluating, counselling, motivating and coaching staff. Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals. Display a pro-active and leading role in terms of service, culture, development, team image, systems, procedures and skill development. Do service recovery procedures. Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met. Produce daily and monthly reports. Lead site inspection for group/individual when requested Sell room, upselling package Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Guest Service Manager.
Handles guest queries pertaining to facilities, services, registration and information regarding shopping, banking, dining, entertainment, and local events etc. Create & manage reservation from all sources. Responsible and accountable for handling and safe keeping of cash and guest valuables. Communicate with guests and corporate with sales to get more potential guests Lead site inspection for group/individual when requested Sell room, upselling package Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Guest Service Manager
Propose sales target from building volume forecast with impact of promotion, seasonality and Marketing campaign. Provide post-sale service to old customers, develop sale network and seek for new customers. Follow up on new sales leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Prepare a variety of regular reports such as Daily activity, Weekly report.
