Main responsibilities (in English enviroment): - Major distributor to the constrution industry for interior finishes and fitting requires experienced sales people with a proven track record. - Responsible for sales and marketing activities of assigned product range to both new and existing accounts, including carpets and flooring, wallpapers, high performance fabrics, electronic locks and architectural hardware. - Must develop strong product and market knowledge and ability to understand client needs in order to propose appropriate product solutions. - Identify and develop new clients, build and mantain strong relationships to encourage future enquiries. - Prepare presentations, proposals, reports and sales contracts. - Follow up contracts from order and shipping through installation and completion to customer's satisfaction. Be responsible for contract sign off and collection of payments.
- Administrate staffs (4-5 staffs) - Recruit, hire, and train staffs - Handle employee relations - Build up relationship with customers - Assist to control goods in and out - Supervise, check all the activities of selling,importing, exporting goods - Make reports of sales every day - Marketing activities: work with journalists, send emails to customers. Recognition and Gains: - Improve in recruitment and administration skill - Working skills as an event coordinator (arrangement, decoration, apportion time and individuals into working process, problem solving).
