Chief Engineer

Assistant Chief Engineer

 Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel;  Develops plan for completing routine maintenance and renovations; coordinates work with hotel department managers;  Identifies and selects vendors as appropriate;  Creates a safe environment for guest and employees by ensuring that the hotel is maintained in accordance with safety standards;  Serves as project manager for hotel renovation; coordinates project status with corporate technical services, architects, licensing agencies, contractors and hotel management;  Evaluates forecasted business and projects and schedules staff accordingly;  Ensures hotel adheres to all regulatory and safety standards by meeting with government and insurance inspectors and taking corrective actions as needed;  Keeps al mechanical, electrical and structural blue prints up to date;  Keeps al mechanical, electrical and structural blue prints up to date;  Ensures that staff is up to date on certification and training necessary to maintain operating systems;  Prepares engineering budget; monitors actual versus budget expenses and takes corrective actions when necessary;

Duty Engineer

 Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel;  Perform daily checks around the hotel;  Conduct lift emergency release procedures as required;  Diagnose, maintain, repair mechanical and electrical equipment within the hotel;  Perform supervision in the hotel include elevators, air conditioning, chiller, electrical system, generator, heat pump, ....  Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and take action when any unsafe situations arise;  Develop, implement, and direct all emergency programs;  Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses;  Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned;  Ensure monthly safety inspections take place and employees are trained accordingly;

Electrical Engineer

 Planning maintenance for equipment power system;  Perform repair of power system errors;  Check electrical insulation of power system equipment (Transformers, Vacuum Circuit Breakers, CT, PT, Cable, ...) with megger;  Carry out automation system maintenance on the production line and power system;  Make a list spare parts spare parts for equipment;  Management of energy saving issues throughout the factory;  Inspection, analysis of electrical circuits, electronics;  Connect online to the PLC read the program to check and troubleshoot.
