Sales Manager

- Onsite Manager for the Loyalty Programs of 5 Star Hotels in Vietnam such as Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake hotel, Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark72 hotel, Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, JW Marriot Hanoi hotel. - Ensure efficiency, productivity and profitability of the program. - Ensure adherence to Admin, Finance and HR policies. - Responsible for the financial and smooth Program of the program. - Maintain client relations and development of business growth. - Staff Management: Manage and Train the Sales team, assistant managers, administrators and development reviews. - Development of business strategies and tactics in pursuit of company. - Development of related operational and financial plans and forecasts. - Coordinate with Marketing Department to organize, advertise, research, promote and develop the hospitality marketing schemes.
