- Take care of guests, handle guest complaints. - Supervises stock rotations for beverage, make purchase orders and purchase requisitions. - Ensure that food and beverage conform to hygiene standards. - Supervise and check the restaurant set – up, layout, and staffs’ grooming and performance. - Schedule duty Roster weekly, assign and train staffs. - Assist Managers to create special promotional events in order to increase revenue and profit margins. - Coordinate other departments to solve issues.
