DUTY Carrying out frequent checks of the FOH area and kitchen Co- ordinating both the front and back of house operations Supervising the shift of waiters, bartender, cashier, security staffs to ensure that peak periods are fully covered. Having experience of staff recruitment, selection and training Increasing sale and customer service level Preparing all tools for catering service and serving outside guest if necessary Solving all customer complaints & giving them suitable compensation Cooperating with marketing team for any programs Taking order by telephone and email from customer Summarizing and sending report to General Manager every week
