o November 2012: Volunteer in The Disables National Championship. o July 2011: Participate in The Green Summer Campaign as a vice captain at Giao Thanh – Thanh Phu of Ben Tre Province o 2009 – 2011: Take part in the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union as the head of class.
• Build plan and run events for restaurants and bars. • Control cost and revenue and making finance process for each event. • Set the event plan for the whole years for 2 restaurants, 1 bar in Hoi An & Da Nang.
• Handle group series, on - site events after having handover from Sales team. Average of 10 groups on group series per month with 2 nights stay and 1 group dinner Group Events includes MICE and weddings, average of 5 Events per month. The biggest group is a company trip with 195 rooms in 2 nights, having 2 group lunches and 1 gala dinner with 568 people. • Send proposal, follow up and be onsite to handle weddings, events without accommodation. 5 weddings, 2 renewal the vows and 3 proposals 5 events without accommodation • Conduct site inspection for Travel Agents, Media party, Cooperates, FAM trip, ect. • Coordinate with other teams when running events.
• Do time attendance, processing leave forms and tracking leaves report for S&M Department with 12 people. • Assist Sales team and Event team in term of paper works including contracts, purchase requests, payment process, ect. • Record and share with related department all the F&B Event Functions, Media/FAM Trip. • Handle Internal Events from meetings with a small volume of attendees (around 10) to the Laguna Year End Party with 500 associates. • Connect outside suppliers for sound & light system, decoration, music performance for all events.
• Do time attendance, process leave forms and track leaves reports for 9 outlets with around 90 official associates and short-term casuals by Cadena system. • Join recruitment process: preparing required documents, arranging time and joining interview along with F&B Manager. • Control manpower sheet with base salary for F&B Department. • Assist F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager (both expats) in paper works and personal tasks. • Coordinate with other departments and outside suppliers when needed. • Research guests’ feedback about F&B to assist F&B Manager building selling strategy and service improvement plan.
