In charge of OTAs accounts for Hotels in groups Swiss Belresort Tuyen Lam, SAM Tuyen Lam Golf & Resort: Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Traveloka, Mytour, Asiatravel, Hotelbeds, GTA, Hotelquickly, Adayroi, Tiki. Working in conjunction with DOSM to maintain current client relationships and encourage repeat business. Research and analysis of market (included: grow or go down of market, rates and service of competitors). Attendance at trade shows and similar events is crucial to make new contacts. Following up with client is with any concerns or disappointments that occurred and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Handling booking with special requests Follow up booking payment Update yearly contracts Handle, update & monitor information on online selling system Client care & complaint handling as required Experience in Chanel Management Site Minder and Hotel Link Solution
