General Accountant at COPENHAGEN DELIGHTS Co., Ltd. • In charge of general accounting: AR, AP, taxable (book all transaction to accounting software). • Draft documents, establish contracts, incurred appendices, get advice from legal agency; • Apply for legal documents for company; • Check, store and track document in hard copy as well as in data system; • Update suppliers and customers data into accounting software. • In charge of internal shops: sales, stock, cash in hand, POS at shop, promotion program; • In charge of working with agency: double check with agency and make the sales and stock report, follow the deadline of reports and payment term; • In charge of banking transaction: open and close account, liaise with bank agency to register new POS for shop, follow and tracking if there are any fail or duplicate transaction and deal with the bank
