Besides experiencing how such a world-class, 3 Michelin star restaurant operates, after three months got promoted as Head Waitress, ‘Storyteller’ as the position called there. Worked closely with all the employees together as a team and thereby provided a unique dining experience to all the guests. During this 3 month internship I worked in the restaurant and on the weekends with the banquet team preparing and afterwards working on the weddings and other bigger celebrations.
Working in a 1 star Michelin restraunt ,During this internship I worked in F&B working in Michelin starred restaurant, sushi bar, typical swiss restaurant and room service as well. Outside of the hotel I had an opportunity to experience catering organised by our hotel.
-Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order. -Attend to customers upon entrance. -Present menus and help customers select food/beverages. -Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products. -Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff. -Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude. -Issue bills and accept payment. -Promote dedication from customer
