• To make a plan for training SOP's service and POS to all staff. • Ensure run and control P&l in our budget and target. • Work together with sale, marketing and kitchen team to make a target and budget plan for our business
1. To ensure that the service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the style as specified by the restaurant manager 2. To assist the Restaurant Manager in keeping the morale of his Team up through social and educational events. 3. To make sure that Company Policy, the Vision Statement, and Departmental Objectives are followed and utilised at all times. 4. To assist the Restaurant Manager and my Assistants in the preparation and presentation of training programmes, briefings and SOPs 5. To assist with the Restaurant administration as allocated at twice monthly Management meetings. 6. To obtain feedback from guests and to use this to improve service and to pass on such to the Restaurant Manager.
