- In charge of up-selling room and F&B of Club InterContinental where is the separate department which is "the resort within resort" : + Check daily room availability, stand by room for the next day, push housekeeping to make sure the room in good condition and ready for up-selling anytime. + Set monthly department target. + Follow-up and drive up-selling to achieve monthly target. + Organize class for all staffs for up-selling training. + Follow-up monthly up-sell and report to Director of Club InterContinental + Attend weekly meeting. - Dealing with Customers' Complaints: + Discuss with Director about the operation of Department + Run the Lounge as a Restaurant Supervisor + Assign Rooms for arrival Guests + Check-in and check-out for Guests + Co-operate with other departments in order to make things work well + Assist Guests via email and phone + Send Pre-Arrival and Post-Departure Emails + Lead the Team to reach the monthly target + Control the expense and consumption of the Club Lounge + Work with Finance regarding the billing and cashier issues of department
- Take care of VIP guests: + Private butler of the first Chairman of IHG group + Private butler of Son of currently chairman of IHG group + Private butler of VP Global luxury Brands of IHG group - Serve guests at the Club Lounge + Server of Sungroup Chairman and sungroup vice-chairman + Server of politicians guest + Server of Auditors + VIP guest from IHG group - Check-in and check-out for guests - Work with Finance regarding the billing and cashier issues
- Run daily operations efficiently and ensured that all clients were more than satisfied. - Supervise staff, functions and outlet service - Monitor standards of guest facilities and services - Assist with menu and wine list creation guest satisfaction , solving problems happen at work. - Up-selling wine and buffet
