I have successfully complete Diploma program on F&B Managemnet at School of Hotel & Tourism (2007-2009) During the time I studied at STHS i had learned about set up a table, arranged schedule for operation, and I got experience from Casual labor when I have free time I went to work
- To oversee any operation in absence of BQM - Assist BQM to create SOP in BQ department and set up standards service, provide and train for staff and CL- ensure all set up and service as per standrd - Arrange BQ weekly Duty Roster base on forecast of the month - Do payroll - Inventory - Action plan to hire CL for event
- To assist BQM order equipment for each event base on forecast - To train for staff and casual follow by Accor's SOP - Asignment job for staff and CL - To plan for set up and prepare equipment - Solve any complaint from guest and have any solution for each case - Do payroll
- To plan, prepare, and execute banquet activities to ensure that guests have a favorable event experience - To assign specific task or service, and train staffs during event - To coordinate with kitchen staff to get details of the menu, food preparation activities, and service standard - Promote to BQ Captain
- Pre-opening set up - To set up events, carry trays, serve guests and clean up at the event’s conclusion - Such as putting out tablecloths and place setting, arrange table placement and putting up a buffet
- Be trained by Starwood’s SOP in Banquet Department
