- Entertain guest/customers order and make sure that they are being served in an exceptional manner. - Do inventory ( napkins, forks, knifes,....) for every weeks to record then inform to Manager. - Assigned floor plan to serving guest. - Record working-days or overtimes of staff - Assist in the kitchen if there is availability of time like cleaning the silverwares and glasses. - Cleaning the dining table and removes the used utensils, plates, glasses and replaces them with a clean one. - Preparing and arranging the dining area making sure it is a comfortable place to eat and dine. - Do other works as assigned to me by the Manager or immediate Supervisor.
- Greet guests and patrons personally and on the telephone - Offer appropriate seating arrangements - Present menus and take orders - Ensure the quantity of menus is sufficient to cater to the number of guests - Set up dining rooms and make reservation arrangements.
