- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and beverage recommendations
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area at all times
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience as a waiter/ess in a high volume luxury hotel or resort environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays
- Ability to memorise menu items and daily specials
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Familiarity with Vietnamese cuisine and culture (preferred)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
