- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly
- Serve food and drinks following 5-star service standards
- Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained at all times
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests efficiently
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Previous experience in restaurants or hotels preferred
- Good communication skills; basic English is required
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service mindset
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
