Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Greeting guests upon arrival
• Taking meal orders
• Giving recommendation and answer questions from customers
• Service of food and beverage
• Following sequences of service
• Interacting and creating relation with customers
• Collecting customers feedback and report to the restaurant manager or head chef when needed
• Perform various front of house duties
• Ensure a smooth communication between front and back of house
• Keep a positive and professional approach with customers and co-workers
• Bachelor degree in hospitality
• Passion for hospitality
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Basic English speaking and writing recommended
• Flexible working time depending on business level
