- Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Ensure all treatments meet 5-star service and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa area
- Advise guests on aftercare, wellness routines, and product usage
- Monitor and maintain spa equipment and supplies
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally
- Support spa promotions and special packages
- Record treatments and update guest profiles accurately
- Collaborate with Spa Manager and team to enhance guest experience
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or 4–5 star hotel preferred
- Knowledge of different massage and beauty techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and hygiene standards
- Ability to provide personalized, high-quality guest service
- Basic English communication skills for guest interaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Physically fit and able to perform treatments safely
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- 85% – 100% Salary during probation
- 1 – 1.5 Days Off per week
