• Always offer alternatives if a requested service is unavailable
• Always visible to guests by being present at the reception desk and in other spa area if needed.
• Accurately update and record all guest reservations and requirement of spa services in accordance with departmental procedures.
• Receive and follow up with guest’s requests of using spa services under the department’s standard.
• Refers major guest objections to immediate superior to prevent further guest dissatisfaction
• Be fully conversant with all Spa services and facilities in order to be able to make helpful recommendations and to be able to up-sell spa service and spa retails product.
• Take care of customer’s special needs
• Make sure the customers are served correctly and politely and politely ask for customer’s satisfaction after treatment.
• Balance treatment between stars make sure we follow up the standard about treatment, rest time, meal time
• Arrange properly the stars to make sure we cover overbooking.
• Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to the other shift for follow up.
• Assemble reports/records/checklist related to the department operation.
• Perform other administrative documentation as requested.
• Be proactive in self-setting specific goals to develop in professional career.
• Fluent communicate in native, English skill is preferred
• Understanding of spa software, MS Office
• Communication, upselling, guest relation skills
