- Greet guests on arrival and conduct check-in and registration procedures in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names whenever possible.
- Perform the full range of massage therapies, body treatments, beauty treatments, and holistic spa services, Ayurvedic treatment and other wellness activities as per Six Senses Spas standards.
- Recommend treatment and products based on lifestyle consultation form and after asking the assessment questions to guest.
- Adapt to specific guest needs following LQA, Eagle and our protocols
- Make sure treatment and salon rooms always have enough supplies as per standards.
- Request and log stock of supplies necessary for the salon and treatment rooms.
- Set up the salon and treatment rooms as per standards.
- Serve the welcome drink or other menu offerings to the guests when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the Spa, salon and treatment rooms.
- Maintain the equipment I use in safe conditions.
- Handle guest complaints and record all guest comments.
- Log all product recommendations to guests.
- Fill in documents / controls / reports for duty (stocks, daily logbook if any, lost & found, guest comments).
- Achieve individual and group targets in sales as required, as well as promoting the upselling of spa treatments, products, packages, special promotions and Visiting Experts Calendar.
- Carry out when required stock count, both retail and professional stock.
- Monitor usage of products.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
- Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
- Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners, I will apply an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and use confidential information only to perform my job.
- Maintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports.
- Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
- Upsell all property facilities and activities.
- Attend meetings and training as required.
- Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA, Eagle standards.
- Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management
Yêu cầu công việc
- Confirm possession of required qualifications, technical skills, and minimum three years of experience in a similar or senior role within luxury spas and health clubs, supported by relevant certifications and diplomas.
- Formal education or strong knowledge in anatomy and physiology, massage therapy, and beauty therapy, with qualifications such as NVQ, ITEC, or CIDESCO.
- Strong understanding and specialization in beauty products and aesthetic equipment, including specifications, applications, and safe usage.
- Knowledge and experience in facial, nail, and other beauty technologies required to deliver spa treatments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a good command of written and spoken English.
- Up to date with the latest trends in spa and wellness.
