Mô tả công việc
- Support the Sales team in preparing contracts, proposals, and quotations for clients.
- Assist in updating client databases and maintaining sales records.
- Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Events) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
- Assist in organizing site inspections and client meetings.
- Follow up with clients under the supervision of the Sales Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Business Administration or related fields.
- Basic English communication skill.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
