- Support the Sales & Events team in handling client inquiries and preparing proposals
- Assist in coordinating event logistics (venue setup, vendors, timelines)
- Maintain and update client databases and event records
- Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and contracts
- Follow up with clients on event details and confirmations
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
