• Greet guests courteously and professionally upon arrival.
• Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and payment processing with accuracy, while delivering excellent customer service throughout the guests’ stay.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and guest correspondence in a polite and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records, update guest profiles, and ensure proper handling of confidential information.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate them to Front Office Supervisor/ Assistant Duty Manager/ Duty Manager when necessary.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, presentable, and well-organized at all times.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards consistently.
• Promote hotel services, upsell rooms, and support revenue-generating initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English; additional languages are an advantage.
•Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles is an advantage.
•Proficiency in hotel PMS (e.g., Smile) is preferred.
•Computer proficiency and relevant degree.
•Strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, and guest-focused service mindset.
•Well-groomed appearance and confident, friendly demeanor appropriate for a 5-star environment.
•Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
•Able to multitask, handle pressure, and work efficiently during peak periods.
•Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in shifts (weekends, evenings, holidays).
