- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Manage reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems
- Maintain and update guest profiles in the hotel management system (PMS)
- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities and services
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Concierge for seamless service
- Process payments, billing, and daily cash handling tasks
- Monitor room status and ensure accurate room allocation
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area following 5-star standards
- Previous experience in a 4–5 star hotel is highly preferred
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 85% – 100% Salary during probation
