• Attend to customer enquiries on our social media platforms, mainly Facebook & Instagram with professionalism.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop visually engaging content for our social media accounts. Support in-house photo and video shoots to capture dynamic visuals that align with our brand identity.
• Assist in various projects and initiatives as needed, including content creation, copywriting & administration.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Visual Arts, Hospitality etc.).
• Confident in customer service on social media.
• Proficient in photography & videography skill.
• Able to communicate confidently in English.
