OTA Sales Executive Position

Part Time / Freelancing

We are looking for OTA Sales Staff to contact all the properties (1star – 5star) to sign up on our website. We will pay you a VND5,000 per every property that sign up on our website. You must achieve 85% signup success rate.

We will use the number of properties that are available on Booking.com as guideline. Example if Booking.com has 1000 properties listed in Hanoi City, you need to achieve 850 properties signup. Then you will receive additional 20million as bonus on-top of 5,000VND per property.

Property Sign-Up Completion Deadline: 2months

We will provide you with:

• Duhiviet Partners Contract

• Duhiviet email address for you to use & contact properties

• Provide you Duhiviet Social Media accounts for you to invite properties to sign up

• Teach you all about duhiviet services + how to sign up and use duhiviet platform.

• Additional 2,000VND (Mobile Phone Credit) X Number of Properties that sign up

If you did not complete within your timeline or are not able to achieve the target set forth, we will only pay you TOTAL 7,000VND per property sign up and find a replacement / other sales staff to complete the work for us.

Please understand & sympathies for us. The only reason why we are strict with our requirements is that we need candidates to focus on their job and help us to get registrations on our new startup site.

• Use other sales tactics such as going personally to each property and ask them to sign up

• Use your own connections, networks, database etc to get properties to sign up

• Use your own LinkedIn / Facebook / Other Social Media Platforms to get properties to sign up on duhiviet website (but you must show us & ask for our approval first & use / re-direct to duhiviet backlink).

• Work anytime / any day / freelance etc.

(All of the above will be on your own sales expertise & expenses).

All properties that sign up must:

• Be legal entity (company registered)

• Signed & stamp contract agreement and approved by duhiviet main office before their accounts are activated and considered successfully sign up

• Duhiviet Partners Contract

• Duhiviet email address for you to use & contact properties

• Provide you Duhiviet Social Media accounts for you to invite properties to sign up

• Teach you all about duhiviet services + how to sign up and use duhiviet platform.

• Additional 2,000VND (Mobile Phone Credit) X Number of Properties that sign up
