- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests
- Answer phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information to guests
- Monitor room status and update the Property Management System (PMS)
- Perform night audit tasks, including verifying daily revenue and preparing reports
- Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained and presentable at all times
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively during the shift
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Security, etc.) when necessary
- Ensure safety and security procedures are followed during the night shift
Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or higher in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Prior experience in front office or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work shifts
