- Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their seats, take orders, and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service sequences and procedures at Park Lounge.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of all service equipment, operating supplies, and guest amenities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Present menus and beverage lists clearly, respond to guest inquiries, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverage pairings, and suitable alternatives.
- Clear and reset tables or the bar promptly and professionally after each course to maintain an elegant and inviting ambiance.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, ensuring that all cash received is genuine.
- Verify all credit cards presented by guests to ensure validity and expiration compliance.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, with the ability to suggest pairings and personalized dining experiences.
- Ensure all Hyatt brand standards, minimum service requirements, and operating procedures are consistently met.
- Adhere to Hyatt service style guidelines and ensure the execution of Hyatt’s signature food and beverage offerings at Park Lounge.
- Foster positive, professional relationships with guests and colleagues through attentive, courteous, and engaging service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely, efficiently, and with a solution‑oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in food and beverage service at restaurants, cafés, or similar establishments.
- Passion for the hospitality and restaurant industry.
- Strong communication skills with a courteous, warm, and friendly attitude toward guests and colleagues.
- Good English communication skills.
- Physically fit and flexible to work rotating shifts.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and service‑oriented mindset.
- High sense of responsibility and professionalism at work.
- Ability to work well under pressure with a strong desire for long‑term commitment to the company.
