Mô tả công việc
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer and manage all incoming calls during the shift.
- Assist guests with requests and inquiries throughout their stay.
- Process guest payments (cash, credit card, etc.) and prepare end-of-shift revenue reports.
- Perform other front office duties as assigned by FOM.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels (or equivalent).
- Good English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Smile software is an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
