Responsible for and ensures the loading and unloading of passengers’ luggage from vehicles.
Carefully, promptly, and punctually transports and retrieves guests’ luggage and belongings between guest rooms, vehicles, and the Front Desk.
Ensure guests’ luggage and belongings are stored safely and in an organized manner.
Accurately record all activities, as well as guest arrivals and departures, in the Bellman Control Log.
Handle all guest requests and inquiries in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner, including resolving complaints and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and ground-floor areas, including the exterior surroundings.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

• Experience in same position at hotels/resorts.
• Good communication skills; English required(basic)
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Service-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
