- Plant, water, fertilize, and prune trees, flowers, and shrubs

- Ensure outdoor areas are clean, attractive, and meet 5-star standards

- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently

- Monitor plant health and report any issues or pest problems

- Assist in seasonal planting and landscape design improvements

- Maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper water usage

- Support special events setup in outdoor areas when required

- Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations

- Work closely with Engineering and Housekeeping teams

- Previous experience in landscaping or similar role preferred

- Ability to use gardening tools and equipment safely

- Good physical health and ability to work outdoors

- Attention to detail and sense of aesthetics

- Basic English communication is an advantage

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Responsible, hardworking, and proactive attitude

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

- Understanding of safety and environmental practices

- 85% – 100% Salary during probation
