Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in/out, rooming of all Serviced Residence guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
Greet and bow customers in a friendly manner when they arrive at the front desk.
Welcome and fulfill the check-in process for Guests and group arrivals.
Complete the check-out process for departing guests using the hotel systems.
Manage, effectively and efficiently, Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events.
Support bell team in daily shift as shuttle bus, handling welcome lobby
Performance as guest relation role in case guest need more supporting as: transportation, maid registration, parking, Immigration forms
Manage the monthly statement and payment of long term guest
Manage the monthly breakfast coupon for delivering, record and coordinate with Coralis customer service for any changing/ amending about monthly breakfast.
When checking in, verify their names and the duration of their stay. Register them according to regulation.
Ensure that all check in and check out are made in line with the standards established. Especially attentive on the audit, immigration & resident history issues. Ensure that the operations handled by Front Desk Clerk own are fully completed and correct.
Review and respond to customer complaints. Report to a senior employee if necessary.
Ready to help the resident in any of his/her request and will guide him/her to the right person when it is required. The Front Desk Clerk will ensure at any time that no resident is waiting for too long to have somebody available at the Front Desk.
During the course of the service, constantly keep an eye for anything the customer may need. Create a comfortable environment by making small talk.
Keep informed of all general matters in relation to guest rooms. (Types of rooms, rates, check in/out time)
Keep informed of various information regarding guest rooms.
Always try to enhance the quality of the Serviced Residence services such as by remembering and recognizing residents.
Inform customers regarding services and events provided by the Serviced Residence.
Collect customer feedback upon check-out.

Education: Bachelor degree or higher in related field preferred
Experience: Experience in guest services preferred
Credentials: Experience in 5 stars Hotel is preferred
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent spoken and written English and Korean
Good appearance and grooming
Must show basic computer and electronics proficiency such as with MS Word
Knowledge about Opera PMS system is a plus
Ability to work in shift (morning, afternoon, night) and long hours
