- Support the Housekeeping team in daily operations, including cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring rooms are ready according to hotel requirements.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure rooms are well-prepared for guest arrivals.
- Replenish room amenities and supplies in accordance with hotel standards.
- Assist in reporting room status and updating housekeeping records.
- Observe and learn how to handle guest requests and special cleaning tasks under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Physically fit and able to handle housekeeping tasks.
- Able to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
