- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist with special requests and accommodate dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Assist in organising and overseeing special events or promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Yêu cầu công việc
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for managing reservations and using point-of-sale systems
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Understanding of hospitality industry practices
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the restaurant as needed
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
