- Provide a warm, elegant welcome and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage reservations, seating, and guest communications with precision.
- Deliver attentive, personalized service while anticipating guest needs.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Support daily restaurant operations, including cashiering and reporting.
- Uphold brand standards and maintain excellence in all service aspects.
- Build guest loyalty through thoughtful and refined service.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least a year experience at the same position in luxury hotels;
- Professional qualifications, including degrees, certificates and courses related to the position applied for;
- Experience in F&B field is an advantage;
- Good English is a must;
- Strong dealing, recommendation skills; problem solving skill, good interpersonal skill;
- Enthusiastic, careful, team spirit.
