- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and confirm guest information
- Escort guests to appropriate tables
- Introduce the restaurant and menu when necessary
- Coordinate with service staff and managers to ensure smooth operations
- Handle initial guest feedback and report to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Yêu cầu công việc
- Pleasant appearance and positive attitude
- Good communication skills; English is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
- Previous experience in F&B or hostess position is an advantage
