Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
Administering check-ins and check-outs.
Providing front desk services to guests
Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties
Delivering mail, messages and transmits messages to guest promptly
Processing guest payments
Coordinating with bell service and staff management
Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice
Processing meal and beverage requests
Accommodating general and unique requests
Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests
Handles and records guest comments and complaints, and refer issues to supervisor when necessary.
Responsible and accountable for handling and safe keeping of cash and guest valuables.
Perform simple bookkeeping activities, such as balancing cash accounts.
Makes and confirms reservations

Having experience or background in the hospitality industry is preferable
Fresh graduate with Hospitality degree is encouraged to apply
Good verbal and written English (IELTS 6.5)
Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, integrity, customer-orientated (internal and external).
Work by shifts: Morning, Evening, Night
