- Directly decisions and responsible to deal with the wrong foods at the request of the customer or damaged.
- Input recruit and training for new comer
- Proposed solutions to improve the processes related to restaurant personnel
- Appraisal working result for staffs
- Supervise and remind to implement the labor regulations
- At least 2 years in Restaurant Supervisor position or equivalent work experience
- Effective management & problem solving skills
- Customer care skills:
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient in MS Office, Internet
- Enthusiastic, high responsibility.
