• To assign rooms and prepare Key Card and folders for all arriving guests and groups.
• To handle all Key Card, mail, facsimiles, messages and other special request for guests.
• To provide information and assistance to all guests.
• To assist Reservations Department in taking reservation after office hours.
• To attend to guests complaints promptly and then report to Guest Relations Officer or Assistant Manager for follow up.
• To provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every guest’s request.
• To remain the Reception Counter and to answer all incoming calls.
• To keep the Front Office and Reception Counter clean at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management
• Fluent English
• Commit to work for at least 3 months
• Strong communication
• Certificate after internship
• Buffet voucher for 2 people in restaurant (minimum 3 months internship)
• Allowance VND 500.000/month (minimum 3 months internship)
• Duty meal & Uniform provided by hotel
• 05 working days & 02 day-off per week
• Opportunity to become official associate after internship
