To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries to the full satisfaction of the guest.
Prompt and courteous delivery of all orders, maintaining a positive image through all each guest contact and through cleanliness of restaurant areas. To take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered, and ensure it meets the highest standard of Six Senses Con Dao at all times.
To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including villas and facilities, food and beverage outlets promotions, spa and health club, and other Six Senses properties.
Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
Develop a complete knowledge of menus.
Enforce departmental F&B and Hotel operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
To be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
During shift, ensure that guests are satisfied by assisting with serving, seating, communication with kitchen, and by striving to speak to guests.
To promote and up sell F&B theme night and activities.
To attend hotel events, daily shift briefings and training to improve professional skills.

Third or final year student majors in Hospitality or Journalism
Full-time internship for a minimum period of 3 months
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Reliable with patience and professionalism.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office.
Detail-oriented and efficient.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and reporting.
Highly motivated with “can do” attitude.
