- Assist all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening candidates, and managing the remainder of the hiring process
- Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Join in building the candidate's database
- Assist HR operation activities
- Support for employer branding
- Other assigned tasks upon request
Yêu cầu công việc
- 4th-year students or freshers in Human Resource Management or Marketing major
- Be able to work full-time (Mon-Fri), at least 4-6 months Full-time Internship
- Passion for Human Resources, especially Recruitment
- Demonstration of responsibility, detail-oriented and multi-tasking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
