Working location: Work from home, Hanoi or Da Nang

WORKING TIME:

  • Work in shifts
  • Working schedule according to company arrangements
  • Average working time: 46 hours/week
  • 2 days off/ week (weekday)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support merchants and customers to handle order problems in Japanese, English as well as Vietnamese;
  • Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems, and improve the company's services.
  • Manage and maintain the customer information database;
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
  • Japanese equivalent to N2 level (main langues);
  • Good English communication skills (written & spoken);
  • Must be based in Hanoi or Da Nang to support tasks that require onsite presence when needed;
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience;
  • Good communication, self-discipline, and responsibility for work;
  • No prior customer service experience is required.
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus; candidates with experience in F&B or restaurant environments, especially in international or Western-managed settings, or with prior exposure to startup environments,will have an advantage.
  • Age: Prefer under 28.
