- Cut, trim, debone, and portion meat and seafood
- Receive, inspect, and properly store ingredients
- Prepare raw materials for kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with stock control and minimize waste
- Follow instructions from supervisors
Yêu cầu công việc
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic English communication (kitchen use)
- Valid food safety/health certificate (if required)
