Facility Cleaning: Maintaining Orderliness and Cleanliness of Front Desk, Lobby, Public Areas, and Guest Rooms, Supporting, Routine Inspection
Facility: Inspection, Maintenance, Upkeep, and Repairs
Stock Management: Accurately Conducting Stock Checks and Orders
Activity Planning, Application, Execution, Close and Announcement: Tours and Events
Ensure Implementation of Strores Each Standards by Partners , and Report Deficiencies to the Manager
Implementation of Related Plans for Quality Improvement
Assist with Procurement Inquiries, Comparisons, Price Negotiations, Procurement Applications, Inspections, and Payment Applications
Regular and Irregular Reporting
Communication, Coordination, and Reporting with other Departments and Branches
Other Assigned Tasks

Educational Background: Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or Higher
Work Experience: Experience Not Required
Foreign Language TOEIC Score of 700 or Above
Computer Proficient in Using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Operating Systems
Able to Communicate Fluently in English and Handle Customer Service Related Matters.
Good Communication Skills to Handle Customer and Partner Feedback and Resolve Disputes
Management in Service Industry and Customer Service Experience
