Mô tả công việc
- Support daily operational tasks of the assigned department under the supervision of line managers
- Assist in communicating with Chinese-speaking guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience
- Provide basic translation or interpretation between Chinese and English/Vietnamese when required
- Support guest inquiries, requests, and follow-ups in a polite and professional manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, guest lists, or operational documents
- Participate in departmental training sessions and daily briefings
- Comply with company policies, service standards, and workplace regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or department heads
Yêu cầu công việc
- Current student or fresh graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese); basic English communication is required
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced service environment
- Available for internship/training for the required period
